While we can't promise you'll never have a surprise computer problem, we can guarantee that you'll have less problems, your network will run better, and you'll experience less down time.
Managed Services
Our managed services approach means that we establish a fixed monthly rate to maintain your network. Our price is based upon the size of your network, not an hourly rate. The result is that you can count on a fixed cost for your IT support budget, and you don't have to worry about being "nickled-and-dimed" when you have a computer problem.

*We guarantee a one-hour response time between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. A one-hour response time means that in less than an hour of calling our help line, a MAX representative will contact you and begin diagnosing your issue. We will first try to fix your problem using our remote access technology and schedule a service call as needed.
**Our fees include implementation and maintenance of software and hardware, but you are responsible for purchasing the hardware or software.
